Operations Schedular Administrator

This is a varied, hands-on role where strong organisation and communication skills are key. You will play a vital part in keeping field-based engineers on schedule, maintaining operational systems, and supporting the smooth delivery of essential services.
The Role
As an Operations Schedular Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations while acting as a key point of contact for engineers and stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating a team of engineers nationwide, providing office-based support
* Scheduling and planning water and air hygiene works across multiple locations
* Communicating with technicians, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of services
* Maintaining accurate records, databases, and operational documentation
* Preparing reports and monitoring progress against deadlines
* Ensuring all compliance and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time
This position requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, respond to changing schedules, and keep operations running efficiently under pressure.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience within an operations, coordination, or administrative role
* Confidence using systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
* Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
An understanding of UK geography would be beneficial, particularly when coordinating engineers across different regions.

* Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
* Monday to Friday, full-time office-based role
* 37.5 hours per week, working between 08:00 and 17:30
