This is a contract position for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Analyst, initially for 6 months, inside IR35, with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite).

* Process improvement in benefits platforms and data flows
* Benefits administration, content updates, and query management
* Vendor management and governance reviews
Required skills and knowledge include experience in UK C&B environment, UK pension regulations, intermediate Excel skills, stakeholder coordination, invoice validation, strong communication, problem-solving, project management, adaptability, relationship building, and vendor management experience.
The role is at a Mid-Senior level, within the Human Resources function, in the Staffing and Recruiting industry.
