Job Title: Fee Earning Paralegal Conveyancing Location: Bridgend (Hybrid, High Street Firm) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience The Role We are s eeking an enthusiastic and proactive Fee Earning Paralegal to join a well-established high street law firm in Bridgend. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly alongside the Director on a varied and interesting conveyancing caseload, gaining hands-on experience and responsibility in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Director with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to post-completion. Managing your own files under supervision, ensuring matters progress efficiently and clients receive an excellent level of service. Drafting contracts, transfer documents and correspondence. Carrying out searches, reviewing title documents and preparing reports for clients. Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders. Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and SDLT returns. Maintaining accurate file records in compliance with firm and regulatory requirements. About You: Experience working within a conveyancing team is essential, ideally in a fee-earning capacity. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload. Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
