The Richmond Mental Health Social Care Team is recruiting a full-time Social Worker to join a supportive and experienced team working with adults with severe and enduring mental health needs. About the Role You will work with adults aged 18-75, supporting them to meet their social care needs through strengths-based, person-centred practice. This is a pure social care role, separate from the clinical Community Mental Health Team, allowing you to focus on Care Act work, safeguarding, and statutory responsibilities without clinical pressures. You will hold a manageable caseload of under 20 cases, including complex work, and take part in a duty rota alongside your colleagues. What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from qualified Social Workers with at least 2 years' post-qualifying experience, who are confident managing complex mental health cases and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
