Responsibilities
* Work closely with our manufacturing partners to maintain and grow relationships.
* Define shared marketing objectives with partners and oversee the delivery of bespoke programmes of activity.
* Develop marketing strategies aligned to category growth plans, engaging with the wider business to communicate key initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with the purchasing teams to achieve category and key brand growth targets and be on the constant look‑out for new revenue‑generating opportunities with our partners.
* Leverage commercial data, web analytics and customer insight to identify areas of opportunity and trends within customers onsite and purchasing behaviours.
* Assist in managing the trade marketing budget for the category, measuring and reporting on the performance against marketing plans.
* This role is based onsite, 5 days a week at our Horwich office. Please confirm this is ok for you.
Qualifications
* A strong background in Trade marketing & account management.
* Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build strong relationships across internal and external teams.
* A proven ability to deliver brand‑awareness growth and commercial performance through well‑structured, insight‑led marketing strategies.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the capability to interpret customer insights, analyse sales and performance data, and evaluate the ROI of campaigns and promotions.
