Job description: Area Sales Manager – East of England Field-Based (Office based in Leeds) £40,000 – £50,000 Uncapped Commission Excellent Benefits An international provider of advanced corrosion protection and engineering solutions is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join their growing UK sales team. Covering a key region from Newcastle down to Ipswich, you'll be responsible for driving new business and expanding relationships across various industrial sectors, including power, oil, petrochemical, and energy from waste Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities across your assigned region * Promote technical solutions to consultants and industrial decision-makers * Deliver on-site technical support and sales presentations to clients * Maintain and update customer records and pipeline activity * Strengthen relationships with existing clients while developing new contacts * Regular travel within the territory, including overnight stays as required Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience in a technical or service-based B2B sales role * Background in engineering, industrial maintenance, or protective coatings is highly desirable * Comfortable managing a large territory and working independently * Strong commercial awareness with a consultative approach to sales * Excellent communication skills across all levels of business * Full UK driving license required What’s On Offer: * Base salary of £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience * Uncapped commission scheme * Fully expensed company car * Pension and other competitive benefits * The opportunity to join a global business offering innovative engineering solutions and strong growth potential
