We're looking for a Partnership and Project Manager to join our team and play a leading role in developing collaborations that strengthen communities and bring about positive change.
About the Role
As Partnership and Project Manager, you will:
* Develop and manage TVA input supporting partnerships across the voluntary, community, and public sectors.
* Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of projects to ensure they meet objectives and achieve real outcomes.
* Coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
* Support community engagement initiatives, including participatory budgeting programmes.
* Represent TVA at meetings, networks, and events which bring partners together – including some deputising for the CEO
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
· Educated to GCSE level (essential), with a degree or equivalent in Community Development, Regeneration, Marketing, Project Management, or relevant experience (desirable).
· Experienced in community and public engagement (desirable).
· Knowledgeable about community resilience, the Connecting Torfaen Network, and Torfaen's Community Approach (essential).
· A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with diverse groups.
· Skilled in project management, including planning, budgeting, and evaluation (essential).
· Experience in working across different organisations to achieve partnership goals (desirable)
· Passionate about making a difference in the community and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
