Lead the creation of new products from concept to bakery trial, balancing creativity with commercial viability. Interpret customer briefs and present compelling product ideas internally and externally. Collaborate with Sales, Category, Technical, and Process teams to ensure seamless NPD delivery. Maintain recipe accuracy and compliance using internal systems and processes. Stay ahead of market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and quality improvement.
