A senior delivery role working inside a Tier 1 contractor’s team, leading RIBA Stages 4–5 on high-profile commercial office fit-out projects. You’ll act as the practice’s on-site representative, safeguarding design intent through construction.

The Role
* Lead technical delivery across RIBA Stages 4–5
* Act as day-to-day liaison between contractor and studio
* Coordinate drawings, specs and construction information
* Resolve technical queries quickly and confidently
* Monitor quality, compliance and buildability on site
* Represent the practice professionally in a fast-paced setting
What You’ll Need
* Senior Architect experience in commercial office fit-out
* Strong construction knowledge and technical detailing
* Proven Stage 4–5 delivery expertise
* Confident, autonomous decision-maker
* Comfortable working within a Tier 1 contractor environment
* Personable and collaborative approach
