What you’ll be doing
As a skilled worker, you will complete a wide range of building & groundwork projects, maintenance and repair work. You will liaise with Contract Managers to understand the jobs allocated to you and provide a high-quality service to our customers. You must have an eye for attention to detail and solid organisational skills, as you’ll be expected to write an accurate job report on each job you attend, communicating with the relevant Contract Management team if any issues come up.
What we’d like from you
You will have a groundwork and/or general building background, but additional trades experience such as bricklaying, carpentry, roofing etch are also beneficial.
Qualifications and technical skills we’d love to see include:
* NVQ 2/3 or equivalent experience in Bricklaying or similar
* Experience with other trades such as groundworks, carpentry or roofing would be highly beneficial
* Full clean UK driving licence (this will be checked with the DVLA)
* An up-to-date CSCS card and DBS check are preferred but not essential

You must hold a valid, clean UK driving licence as driving is required for this position.
Please also note this position is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
