We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer to join Zenith Training. Your role will involve providing excellent teaching and learning sessions for Level 2 and 3 Customer Service and Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship standards, both face-to-face and remotely. You will manage a caseload of learners and employers, ensuring timely achievement and progression, and support the raising of standards aligned with our organisational goals.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality apprenticeship standards using engaging methods suited to learner needs, both face-to-face and remotely, including 1-2-1 and group sessions.
* Preparing relevant course materials, including resources, lesson plans, and schemes of work that meet awarding body requirements.
* Using initial assessment results to tailor learning plans.
* Liaising with employers to develop training programs that meet their needs and add value for learners.
* Monitoring learner progress to ensure successful and timely achievement.
* Supporting the achievement of KPIs, business performance, and contractual targets related to learner retention and success rates.
* Providing detailed feedback during reviews to employers and learners on progress.
* Gathering feedback from learners to improve learning support materials and overall service.
* Working closely with the Quality and Compliance Team to ensure all paperwork and systems are completed accurately and on time, in line with contractual requirements.
* Acting on feedback from observations, employers, and reviews to improve teaching quality.
* Staying updated on Ofsted, awarding organisations, and stakeholder requirements.
* Participating in IQA activities and gaining relevant qualifications as needed.
* Offering impartial advice and guidance to support learner progression.
* Promoting safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, and Maths and English in all sessions.
* Monitoring and promoting equality and diversity in all aspects of the role.
* Using diverse delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Additional responsibilities include tracking learner progress, completing weekly and monthly reports, contributing to audits, maintaining knowledge of programmes, and providing excellent customer service.
Applicants should have experience delivering vocational qualifications, hold a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, DTLLS, A1, TAQA, CAVA), and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with online learning platforms, a full clean driving license, and flexibility for travel are also required.
