Eco-Pak Ltd, established in 1997, is a family-owned business and a prominent produce packer specializing in premium-quality tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers. Over the past 25 years, Eco-Pak has built strong relationships with major retailers to ensure fresh produce is reliably delivered to store shelves. Beyond produce packing, Eco-Pak offers an innovative ecosystem with rental spaces, storage facilities, and logistics support, catering to startups and established businesses looking to expand. Located in Chatteris, Eco-Pak operates seven days a week with state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled storage solutions for over 1,700 pallets to ensure flexibility and quality. The site is also home to a thriving business community spanning industries such as packaging, robotics, scientific research, and import/export.


Role Description

As a full-time, on-site Production Administrator based in Chatteris, you will play an essential role in supporting production operations. Your responsibilities will include stock control management and assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will oversee production processes, maintain accurate records, liaise with teams to ensure efficient workflow, and provide analytical support to optimize productivity.


Requirements

* Experience preferred, but not essential in Production Stock Control to ensure optimal workflows
* Strong analytical skills preferred
* Reasonable level of maths - Can do %'s, work out logical problems - how many boxes of raw material should they have used to produce an order?
* Coordination and Communication skills to effectively liaise across teams and departments
* Legible hand writing is a benefit
* Happy to work 5 out of 7 day contract, that envolves weekends.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
* Can use Microsoft Outlook. Able to send emails in English, book meetings etc....
* Can use Microsoft Excel. Abel to copy/paste, produce basic formulas
* Have a good level of conversational and written English. Can hold a conversation and write emails in English.
* Lives within 1hr commute.
* Has own transport
* Onsite role only


Pay

Salary - £28,000 - £31,500 depending on experience.
