We’re looking for a highly creative and passionateSocial Media Manager & Content Creatorto join our team and produce standout digital content forAustin Racingand its sister companyAR Kartz.
This role is all aboutshowcasing the premium motorcycle exhaust systemssold by Austin Racing andadvertising the indoor karting experienceat AR Kartz.
It\'s essentialthat candidates are into motorcycles, motorsport, and all things fast. And if you can ride a bike — that’s a big plus!
Please note: filming for the karting venue may occasionally requireweekend work. This isn’t every week, but we need someone who’sflexible, proactive, and happy to get stuck in.
The Role
* Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media channels, predominantly Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
* Produce innovative ideas to grow both brands’ online presence, increasing engagement and loyalty
* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and industry insights
* Design and create engaging content (graphics, photography, and video) for social platforms
* Showcase premium motorcycle exhausts and the AR Kartz experience through creative video production
* Update and maintain company websites; refreshing banners, product imagery, and content
* Support the office team in a busy, fast-paced office environment. This includes helping with emails and answering the phone.
Additional Tasks
* Use our CAD software ‘Fusion 360’ to draw up exhaust components such as brackets
* Learn to 3D print prototype parts
Your Profile
* Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, Videographer, or Content Creator
* Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts
* Highly creative with an eye for detail and the ability to produce eye-catching content
* Organised, proactive, and able to multi-task effectively
* Strong interest in motorcycles, motorsport, and the digital landscape — staying on top of the latest industry trends
* Versatile videographer — strong filming and editing knowledge is essential
* Drone flying experience
* Excellent skills in Photoshop
* Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro or Final Cut); After Effects is a bonus
* Knowledge of 3D design or CAD software

Location for Interviews and Start of Work
All interviews and the initial period of employment will take place at our current facility, located just outside of Lewes. The company will be relocating to our new venue in Burgess Hill in the coming weeks, and all operations will transfer there once the move is complete.
