We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and drive all marketing activities across a leading logistics business. This is a standalone role, perfect for a self-sufficient marketing professional who thrives managing end-to-end campaigns, from planning and execution to reporting and analysis.
It’s broad by design, and we’re looking for someone confident operating across brand, digital and commercial activity. That said, this isn’t about spinning every plate at once. Leadership are clear on the outcomes they want to achieve and understand that focus and prioritisation drive impact. The successful hire will work closely with senior stakeholders to align activity to commercial goals.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of marketing strategy and delivery, balancing long-term brand development with performance-driven activity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing the marketing strategy
* Brand positioning and consistent messaging across channels
* Planning and delivering integrated campaigns
* Managing digital channels including website, email and social
* Driving lead generation and nurturing activity
* Monitoring performance, analytics and reporting
* Working with external agencies and suppliers where required
* Supporting wider commercial objectives through aligned marketing activity
This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable operating both strategically and operationally in a stand-alone capacity.
What We’re Looking For
While the remit is broad, there is clarity around priorities and leadership alignment on what success looks like. This isn’t about spreading yourself thin across every channel equally, but about focusing on the activity that will deliver the greatest commercial impact.
We’re looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in B2B marketing
* Experience operating as a stand-alone marketing lead or in a small team
* Strong understanding of digital channels and campaign performance
* Commercial awareness and ability to link marketing to revenue
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
* A proactive, hands-on approach
