Location: Motherwell/Glasgow (ML1 postcode), Hybrid: 3 days office/site, 2 days remote. Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 + £7,250 car allowance, 15% bonus, private healthcare, pension.
Lead the Planning function for a £4bn Power & Energy Framework mobilising in Scotland. Transfer your Civil Engineering expertise from Highways, Rail, Utilities, Aviation, or Environmental projects into a high-impact role reporting to the Framework Director.
Key Responsibilities Develop resource-loaded Primavera P6 programmes covering full lifecycle (design to handover); ensure NEC contract compliance.
Monitor progress via master programme updates, 2-4 week lookaheads, Earned Value Analysis, and critical path reporting to leadership/clients.
Lead schedule risk analysis, risk register, and compensation event notifications.
Run collaborative planning workshops with subcontractors, design teams, and stakeholders.
Manage/mentor planning team, enforcing standards and professional growth.
Essential Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar); proven senior delivery on major programmes.
Primavera P6 expertise; full UK driving licence.
Scotland-based (full-time residency); UK work eligibility. xsngvjr
