9. An Engineering degree is essential for this sales role given the nature of what is being sold. An electronics or mechanical engineering degree is preferable.
10. A full UK driving license is required for this position as you will be expected to travel to meet clients across the Northeast and Scotland.
11. The ideal candidate will live in or close to Newcastle to be able to cover the territory.

What does the role involve?
Working as a Junior Key Account Manager, you will cover a geographical patch that covers the Scottish Highlands down to the border.
3-4 days per week will be on the road meeting clients that are already spending, looking to develop those relationships to build revenue. 1-2 days per week you will work from home.
As well as meeting clients at their manufacturing facilities, you'll also attend trade shows and work cross-functionally with internal engineers and specialists within your business.
