Due to continued growth and expansion, our prestigious client is currently looking for a Operations Coordinator to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is both a fantastic and rare opportunity for someone to join a growing business during a period of continued growth.
Role Overview:
Our client is current seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their small, growing team on a permanent basis. This successful candidate will be required to work alongside a number of departments to coordinate business activities, coordinating towards the overall success of the organisation.
1. Book domestic and international shipments.
2. Prepare customs documents and track freight movements.
3. Liaise with warehouse staff for picking, packing, and dispatch.
4. Ensure on-time delivery for B2B and e-commerce orders.
5. Arrange external product testing (COAs, micro, stability, heavy metals).
6. Maintain all quality documentation for compliance.
7. Manage non-conformances with suppliers.
8. Ensure regulatory compliance for UK/EU/US markets.
9. Manage all B2B orders from receipt → dispatch.
10. Communicate order status to customers and internal teams.
11. Handle returns and damaged shipments.
12. Maintain accurate stock levels and update ERP Unleashed).
13. Conduct stock reconciliations with warehouse teams.
14. Manage batch, expiry, and traceability data.
15. Monitor reorder points and drive purchasing decisions.
16. Raise and manage purchase orders.
17. Track supplier lead times and confirm product specifications.
18. Source and vet new suppliers (materials, packaging, manufacturers).
19. Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and payment terms.
Criteria:
20. Previous experience working within a Purchasing/Procurement or Logistics background is essential.
21. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working within a FMCG background.
22. Must be a strong communicator who can build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
23. Must be highly organised and able to plan and prioritise own workload
24. Must have a proactive and solutions driven mindset.
25. Confident using ERP systems, spreadsheets and operational workflow systems.
