Storm Ventilation Supplies Ltd stocks and distributes a wide range of fans, ducting, and associated products to the Heating and Ventilation market. With eleven branches already operating in the UK—and further growth plans in place—we are a young, ambitious business built on strong values and outstanding customer service.
We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the team at our busy Basildon branch. You will play a key role in supporting our culture, which is centred on the Storm Charter and our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Attributes & Experience
* Ideally, have a proven record working in the HVAC sector or associated industries
* Proven experience managing a team across sales, purchasing, and operations
* Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach
* A positive character, professional attitude, and strong work ethic—these are crucial to our final selection
* Enthusiastic, motivated, and not afraid of hard work
* Practical and hands‑on approach to all branch duties
Role Responsibilities
* Managing a small, dedicated team
* Full responsibility for the branch P&L
* Overseeing sales and purchase system administration
* Handling sales and purchase invoice queries
* Managing delivery and collection note updates and changes
* Ensuring all administrative procedures are followed, supporting smooth branch and company operations
