Looking for fresh talent for a leading marketing agency specializing in retail marketing solutions.
Account Manager – Financial Services Marketing (Print & Stock Management Focus)
We’re working with a leading creative production business supporting a high-profile financial services client in Bristol. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a background in banking, pharma, or healthcare marketing, particularly across operational and corporate comms.
The role sits within a busy onsite team, and while there is a creative element to the work (supporting POS and ad hoc campaigns), this position is fundamentally rooted in stock management and operational print—overseeing a suite of over 200 static products held in warehouse, used across internal and customer-facing comms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day project management of operational and corporate print for a leading financial services brand.
* Ownership of stock-level optimisation, monitoring usage, print runs, and cost-effectiveness across a range of materials.
* Identify opportunities for cost saving and process improvement, working closely with suppliers and warehousing teams.
* Support broader marketing projects where needed—such as campaign POS and print for corporate teams (sales, retail, and comms).
* Maintain a strong working relationship with client-side stakeholders and intervene with third-party platforms as needed (e.g. Aivia).
* Provide insight and advice on suitable stock strategies and print formats based on usage patterns and performance.
What We're Looking For:
* Solid background in print or operational marketing, ideally within financial services, pharma, or medical environments.
* Strong project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
* Confident with stock and warehouse systems, understanding how to balance availability with print efficiency.
* Great communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Some understanding of POS, merchandising, and DM is beneficial—this is an all-rounder role with a mix of reactive and strategic elements.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, process, and keeping complex operations running smoothly—while still being part of a broader creative and campaign-focused team.
