We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Administrator. In this role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and helping to drive revenue growth. Duties
* Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts promptly and accurately
* Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client information, and order statuses in our CRM system
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams
* Support order processing by verifying details, tracking deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies efficiently
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met seamlessly from initial contact through post-sale support
* Contribute to creating a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and proactive communication
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles with a passion for helping clients succeed
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a friendly, professional demeanor
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is preferred
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
* A proactive attitude with a desire to learn about sales processes and customer relationship management
