Job Description
Position on our graduate training programme aimed at taking high calibre graduates through a broad management training programme, covering all disciplines relating to the running of a law firm. Upon successful completion of the training programme, successful candidates would be expected to undertake senior roles within the firm.
The programme includes:
One-to-one mentoring with the Chief Executive.
Project based learning, covering the full spectrum of the business.
Training courses in a variety of forms.
We would like to hear from graduates with the following:
Qualifications:
A minimum of a 2:1 academic degree from a top university (likely Russell Group).
All degree schemes will be considered but the role would especially suit a graduate in Law, Science/Engineering, English, Land Economy, Economics or other challenging degree.
Majority A*s (or equivalent) at GCSE Minimum 3A's at A-Level.

Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong ability to communicate at all levels and to work well as part of a team.
