Job Description & Responsibilities
We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexibility to suit you. As a Community Carer, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own home, with complex mental health needs, helping them live independently, stay connected to their community, and enjoy a better quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with daily living tasks to help maintain dignity and independence
* Supporting with Mental health, managing safety and risk in the individuals own home.
* Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, with sensitivity and respect
* Preparing meals and supporting with medication, ensuring clients' health and well-being
* Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, and social outings to keep them active and engaged
* Offering companionship and emotional support, making a positive difference every day

* Starting pay: £ £13.03 per hour
* Plus: Holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, and mileage at 30p per mile

Requirements
* Previous care experience - we provide full training for the right candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.
* You must be a driver with a valid driving licence, ideally with access to a car, though pool cars are available
* Be able to work every other weekend
* Friendly, trustworthy and caring nature
* Able to work shifts
