Level Three Technician Responsibilities:
* Lead the troubleshooting and repair of advanced irrigation systems
* Install and optimize smart irrigation controllers, flow sensing devices, and sensors
* Enhance and retrofit existing systems for maximum efficiency
* Install micro and drip irrigation systems, tailored to specific customer needs
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
* Work independently and collaborate with other team members on complex projects
* Assess residential and commercial systems using our proven SES and CSA processes
* Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and system performance
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of documented experience in the irrigation industry with proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, and system optimization
* Advanced technical knowledge of smart irrigation technology, flow sensing, and system enhancements
* Clean driving record
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
* Results-driven with the motivation to earn production bonuses
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering top-tier service
* Ability to handle physical labor in various weather conditions and work in the field
