As a Welding and Electrical Equipment Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for welding and electrical equipment, including diagnosing and resolving any problems. You will keep up to date records of all maintenance and repair work performed, identify opportunities to improve efficiency. This position requires strong technical knowledge of welding and electrical systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with customers to provide solutions to equipment-related problems.
Working alongside colleagues, you will be a great team player and take pride in your workplace and working environment, making sure that high standards are maintained whilst complying with company procedures and processes. Communicating effectively, ensuring that your Line Manager and Customers are kept informed as required.

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:
1. Experience in servicing welding and electrical equipment.
2. Strong knowledge of welding and electrical systems, including welding machines, generators, and related equipment.
3. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment-related problems.
4. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Knowledge of welding and electrical codes and standards.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Willingness to work in various locations and travel as required.
9. Full UK driving license required.
