Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role in Stoke‑On‑Trent as part of the Waking Night team in our residential children’s homes. The role involves creating a safe and secure environment for children and young people during night shifts. Responsibilities include providing emotional and practical support, ensuring the safety and well‑being of the children, and adhering to regulatory and organizational policies. The role requires monitoring nightly routines, completing accurate records and reports, and supporting the smooth running of the home during the night‑time hours.
