You will be taking on the critical task of ensuring designs are robust and manufacturable, working on anything from small-scale precision electro-mechanical devices through to factory scale automated manufacturing equipment. While speed is important (in both design and manufacture) the key goal is to produce stable and reliable designs. Requirements: * Industrial experience designing, developing, and delivering products into manufacture * Specific experience developing precision electro-mechanical devices or aseptic medical equipment * Highly skilled with both analytical design techniques (e.g. tolerance analysis) and 3D CAD systems (ideally SolidWorks) * Full and unrestricted rights to work in the UK without time limit A background in medical devices, life science instruments, consumer products, automotive, or aerospace would be valuable, but is not required.
