The role ofthe Head of OperationsStadium
Head of Stadium Operationsis a key function at the Gtech CommunityStadium.
The role is operationally responsible toensure that the Stadium facilities and operational resource meetsthe demands of a Matchday nonmatchday and Conference &Events schedule.
This role will be responsiblefor the management planning and resourcing of the stadiumOperations team working in partnership with other departments(functional
areas) and other keystakeholders.
This role involves working to astadium schedule which may include early mornings late evenings andweekends as events may demand.
MainAccountabilities
* Tolead and plan all events matchday nonmatchday and C&Eevents within the stadium.
* To manage anddevelop the Stadium Operations team.
* Regularreviews planning of calendar events and identifying maintenancewindows for facilities and other stakeholders to maintain the site.
* Ensure that the site is welcoming clean andfit for purpose to operate on a daytoday basis both internally andexternally.
* To ensure that all safety securityelements of any event is fully scheduled and delivered on timewithin budget.
* To be main point of contact forthe broadcasters site visits prerig days and on broadcastdays.
* Identify and delegate all pre during andpostmatch operational tasks are allocated and actioned.
* Assist with budget management operationalspend and regular reporting to the Head of Operations andFacilities.
* Plan and deliver activations atthe Stadium whether Press conference scheduling Carparking requestsMedia scheduling Sponsors partners and other community/ corporateevents.
* Provide insight around all newtechnology branding and enhanced projects being identified anddelivered in the stadium.
* Coordinate assist anddirect the use of the Stadium with the Commercial department sales/leads for the use of pitch and associated spaces and/or schedulingof special events.
* Liaise with Local Authoritythe FA the Premier League and other regulatory stakeholders asrequired for using the stadium to facilitateevents.
* Assist with any Capex upgrade projectsas directed/relevant to the stadiumneeds.
* Liaise with the local estate communityand other stakeholders and keep updated on events andactivity.
* Undertake such other dutiesappropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably berequired. Significant permanent changes in duties will requireagreed revisions to be made to this JobDescription.
