School Data Manager - £20 per hour
Location: Notting Hill
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: 1st September
We are seeking a School Data Manager to oversee, organise, and manage data across a busy educational setting in Notting Hill. This role involves maintaining and developing the school's management information systems, producing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Manage and maintain the school's MIS (iSAMS or similar).
2.
Support with admissions, assessment, pastoral, and academic data reporting.
3.
Produce accurate reports and analysis to support decision-making.
4.
Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.
5.
Provide technical support to staff on data systems and reporting tools.
6.
Assist with school systems such as VLE, online parent consultation tools, and census reporting.
Essential Requirements:
7.
Honours degree or higher in a relevant subject.
8.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children.
9.
️ Experience using a school MIS (preferably iSAMS).
10.
Excellent statistical and analytical skills.
11.
Strong knowledge of software for analysing and presenting data.
12.
️ Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical colleagues.
13.
High attention to detail and accuracy when compiling reports.
14.
Enthusiasm and a positive outlook.
15.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
16.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to find solutions in data management.
