* Have full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hard hat, boots, hi-vis & goggles.
* Strong experience leading a groundworks gang, who are happy to still be on the tools.
* Have previous experience in a similar role — be reliable, hard-working and punctual.
* Have good communication skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
