About this Role To support our ongoing growth and ambition, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who will own and deliver CNSs internal and external marketing, communications, lead generation, events, and content strategy. This is a nonclient-facing role, focused entirely on promoting CNS Media as an agency brand and driving new business opportunities. Youll report into senior leadership, working closely with teams across Paid Media, Creative, Client Services, and Strategy to ensure our agency is visible, engaging, and competitive in the marketplace. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically across channels and tactics from Paid Media to PR, content to events while also rolling up their sleeves to execute our own campaigns, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable results. Highlights of the Role Lead and manage the marketing & communications function for the agency, across internal and external channels. Oversee and optimise our existing core activity, i.e. our company websites, email automation (Force24), Google Ads, newsletters, award entries and social media. Plan and deliver integrated marketing activity including seminars and trade shows, lead generation campaigns, PR initiatives. Oversee national and localised SEO strategy across our own websites Undertake client sector targeting, collateral development, content strategy and outreach plans. Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Paid Media, Paid Digital, Analytics) to ensure consistency, synergy, and high-quality output. Monitor performance metrics (leads, traffic, engagement, conversions), reporting regularly to senior leadership. Maintain a marketing calendar, budget oversight, and resource planning to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and innovations to keep CNSs positioning fresh and competitive. What Does Success Look Like? Strong external presence and reputation for CNS in key sectors and markets. Measurable growth in lead generation, brand awareness, event attendance, and agency visibility. Well-coordinated and optimised marketing campaigns across paid, content, PR, events, and web. Seamless alignment and collaboration across internal teams, with clear ownership and accountability. Effective resource and budget management, delivering strong ROI on marketing spend. The Ideal Candidate Will Have 5 years of experience in agency, B2B or integrated marketing environments. Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, lead generation, events, content, PR. Strong strategic thinking, planning, and cross-channel campaign skills. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable with data, measurement, and reporting (KPIs, dashboards). Proactive self-starter mindset, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SEO, email automations, web management, paid media, and PR is beneficial.
