IT Support Engineer (1st to 3rd line)
London based
The candidate will provide these services to the end customer:
* End-user device support (Windows/Mac desktops/laptops)
* Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
* Network patching and basic networking fixes
* Software installation and basic troubleshooting
* New user setup, movers and leaver offboarding
* Asset Management
* Ticket triage and escalation
* 1st and 2nd line support
Candidates will need to have:
* Strong field experience
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (Halo PSA, Autotask, Service Now etc).
* Familiarity with RMM tools like (Datto RMM, Ninja RMM etc)
* Has strong communication skills
* Work well under pressure
