Forrest Recruitment LTD are seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established company in Wallasey, due to continued growth & expansion. Immediate start available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and processing of purchase invoices.
2. Ensuring invoices are costed accurately to the correct projects.
3. Distributing invoices for signing off.
4. Maintaining accurate reconciliations of customer and supplier accounts.
5. Dealing with any supplier/invoice queries in a fast and efficient manner
6. Maintaining accurate paper and electronic records.
7. Bank reconciling
8. Any other duties as required.
Experience:
9. Previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
10. To be computer literature and have experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
11. Self–motivated, methodical and organised.
12. Good communication via email and phone.
13. Knowledge of SAGE systems would be helpful although training can be provided.
