About the Role
As Family Partner, you’ll play a key role in leading and expanding the Family Law practice in the office. This is a career-enhancing opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a team and bring in a strong client following.
You’ll be:
* Leading high-value matrimonial and family law matters
* Developing and delivering on business development initiatives
* Managing and mentoring a team of three based in Shrewsbury
* Working closely with senior leadership to shape the growth strategy
What You’ll Need
* Partner-level experience in family law
* A strong track record of high billing in matrimonial matters
* Demonstrable client following
* Ability to lead a team and grow a client base through BD
