We are seeking a driven and experiencedProduction / Shift Manager to lead our night shift operations at our Moy facility. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering efficient, high-quality production while driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and compliance. You will take ownership of production performance, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full, while promoting a proactive, team-oriented culture across the site.
