Job Description
We are working with a growing and well-established DTC Travel brand who are developing their commercial, marketing and digital teams. In order to support sustained growth, they are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager.
This is a key senior role reporting to the Head of Marketing, and will suit a delivery focussed individual. This opportunity will involve a combination of understanding marketing deliverables and an ability to work to tight deadlines in the delivery of successful execution of campaigns.
This role will include:
* Working with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies and that aligned with organisation KPI’s and commercial targets.
* Make sure that all brand identity across all channels of the business is aligned and consistent.
* A thorough understanding of market research and analysis as you will work closely with the insights team to evaluate the success of campaigns with a data-driven approach.
* Campaign execution across Digital, Social and Offline is essential.
* Project and Budget management - managing multiple projects at one time, ensuring that the budget and ROI are monitored.
* Work closely with stakeholders in the organisation, provide recommendations and plan for future proposals.
We are looking for:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing with a proven ability to implement and deliver successful marketing strategies.
* A proven track-record of strong leadership and time management skills, working independently and part of the wider team.
* Strong project management and delivery experience is essential in a complex organisation.
* A passion and understanding of Leisure and Travel would be desirable.
* Strong proven DTC experience is essential.
