We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service or Administration professional to join one of our long-standing clients in Ilkeston on a full-time, 1-year fixed term contract. The Role: Administrator
As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both customers and internal teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
5. Managing customer and client enquiries via phone and email
6. Processing orders accurately and efficiently
7. Delivering outstanding customer service
8. Updating internal systems and databases
9. Handling general administrative tasks
10. Liaising with internal departments and third-party organisations
11. Following up on customer orders and resolving any related issues
The Candidate:
12. A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
13. Experienced in delivering high-quality customer service
14. Able to manage a busy workload and multitask effectively
15. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
16. IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
17. Highly organised and detail-oriented
18. Friendly and professional, with a great telephone manner
