Product Executive - what will I be doing? Acting as the link between the business and its suppliers, building trusted relationships and resolving queries quickly. Supporting colleagues across sales, marketing, finance, and operations with product knowledge and information. Negotiating competitive rates and terms, ensuring products are commercially strong. Monitoring the market to spot opportunities and keep the client ahead of competitors. Assisting with new destination development from research stage through to launch. Representing the company at industry events and trade shows when required. Product Executive - what experience do I need? Tour operator experience is essential, ideally with exposure to product. Knowledge of worldwide destinations such as Australasia, Canada/Alaska, Costa Rica, or Polar regions. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident communicator and negotiator, able to influence and build rapport. Problem-solver with excellent attention to detail. A collaborative, team-focused approach with solid IT skills. Flexibility to travel for supplier meetings, training, or product inspections. Product Executive - what else do I need to know?
