Reports to: Managing Director
Working Pattern: Travel to events and exhibitions across the UK and Europe
Salary: Up to 30k (depending on experience) + Commission

We’re a dynamic modular exhibition agency on a mission to revolutionise brand experiences through bold, sustainable design. Our projects span across the UK and Europe, and we’re growing fast. Now, we’re on the hunt for ambitious sales talent – from rising stars to seasoned deal-makers – to join our team as Business Development Executive.
What You'll Be Doing
* Unearth new business opportunities across the UK and Europe – and win them!
* Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
* Represent the agency at trade shows and exhibitions – where the magic happens
* Meet with prospects to uncover their needs and deliver bespoke, creative solutions
* Keep the sales pipeline organised and up to date using our CRM
* Work hand-in-hand with our design and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers
* Report on wins, leads, and pipeline progress to the senior team
What You’ll Bring
* (Experience in events or exhibitions is a huge bonus – but not essential)
* Confidence, charisma, and a flair for client conversations
* Proactive mindset – you don’t wait for leads to land, you go get them
* Highly organised, with strong time management and follow-up skills
* Flexibility to travel across the UK and Europe (occasional overnights included)
* Full UK driving license + valid passport
* Bonus points if you speak another language!
