2. Assesses customer needs for additional products/services.
3. Assesses customer compliance with physician orders.
4. Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services.
5. Documents calls in a computerized record-keeping system.
6. Enters customer orders into the computerized system.
7. Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records.
