About the Role
Superior Healthcare is recruiting Live-in Healthcare Support Workers to support a young gentleman with an acquired brain injury in his own home in Hedge End. The successful candidate will provide day‑to‑day support to enable the client to live as independently, safely, and fulfilled as possible.
Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day personal and practical support within the home
* Promoting independence, confidence, and social engagement
* Providing care in line with care plans
* Partnership working
* Supporting routines and activities tailored to the client’s needs
* Building a positive and consistent working relationship
Shift Pattern
* Live-in role
* 1 week on / 1 week off or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, depending on your preference
Pay & Benefits
* £1,400 per week
* Competitive live‑in rate with excellent continuity of care
* £14.30 – £17.60 per hour

Requirements
* Driver essential
* Willingness to travel to Sussex for training
* Previous experience in a care/support role preferred
* Experience supporting individuals with brain injury advantageous
* Minimum of six months healthcare experience in the UK
* Full UK driving license
* Right to work without sponsorship
Checks Required
* Enhanced DBS check
* Three years’ continuous referencing
