About Filter Flair
At Filter Flair, we help people take control of their health – starting with the water they drink.
We're a growing water filtration business based in Salford, supplying premium products to homes, businesses, and trade customers across the UK. As we scale, we're looking for someone proactive, dependable, and improvement-minded to take ownership of our fulfilment operations – and grow with the business.
About the Role
This is a step-up opportunity for someone with 2+ years' experience in fulfilment, logistics, or operations support who's ready for more ownership and impact.
You'll lead day-to-day fulfilment with a focus on accuracy, standards, and reliability, while also helping improve the systems, workflows, and stock management that power the backend of our business.
Because we're a small, scaling company, you'll be involved across both warehouse and office activities – from stock counts and dispatch to contributing ideas that improve how we work. Over time, this role will grow with you, giving you increasing responsibility and the chance to shape how we operate.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfilment & Warehouse Operations
* Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders (Royal Mail, DHL, Amazon) to a retail-ready standard.
* Receive deliveries, restock inventory, and maintain a well-organised warehouse.
* Prepare and dispatch Amazon FBA shipments (labelling, boxing, booking).
* Process returns and continually improve the returns workflow.
* Greet and assist trade customers who collect orders — ensuring they're served efficiently and professionally.
* Lock up and secure the building when responsible.
Stock & Operational Support
* Conduct cycle counts and a full monthly stock take – resolving discrepancies to agreed standards.
* Ensure product and inventory data is accurate and up to date.
* Support purchasing and stock reordering as you grow into the role.
* Suggest and implement process improvements.
* Use tools like Notion, spreadsheets, and automation platforms to streamline operations.
* Work closely with the office team on projects and process changes – not just in the warehouse.
Who This Role is For
The person who will succeed in this role will:
* Hold themselves to high standards and take real pride in their work.
* Be accountable – if something isn't right, they'll own it and fix it.
* Have strong attention to detail, whether that's packaging, stock counts, or data.
* Enjoy contributing to delivering an excellent service to customers and colleagues.
* Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, where collaboration and communication matter.
* Be adaptable to the peaks and troughs of a growing business – able to flex between quieter days and busy periods without losing standards or energy.
* See this as an opportunity to grow and shape how we operate, not just a job to tick boxes.
Salary & Hours
* Base salary: £25,400–£27,500
* Quarterly Bonus: Up to 5% of salary annually, based on personal and company performance
* Brings total On-Target Earnings (OTE) to £26,670–£28,875 per year
