We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee refurbishment projects involving heritage sites in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry and a passion for preserving and enhancing the value of historic buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of heritage refurbishment projects from start to finish.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities.
Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and standards, particularly those relating to heritage preservation.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project.
Report regularly on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in managing refurbishment projects, preferably involving heritage sites.
