Field Service Engineer - Forklift Attachments

* Basic hourly rate of up to £33,000 + 6% overtime allowance
* Company vehicle fully equipped with tools
* Company funded fuel card
* Company funded credit card for pre approved work related purchases
Duties include:
Our Engineers cover all repairs on all manufacturer equipment along with installations of camera systems and weighing systems.
* Carry out a basic service, inspection & repair of attachments at customer sites
* Fitting and removal of new, hire and other attachments
* Manage & utilise B&B assets in a manner that achieves maximum benefit to B&B and its customers
* Assist B&B in meeting all contractual obligations by complying with agreed procedures
* Liaising professionally with our customers as the face of B&B Attachments
* Provide support of B&B products and attachments during warranty period
* Completing detailed work records and reports
* Working directly with the Service team at Cramlington and provide daily updates with progress made
* Assisting in the company workshop at Cramlington if required
Role Requirements:
* Travelling within this role is an essential and daily requirement
* A valid UK driving licence is required to fulfil this role
* An understanding of the properties of the materials you work with
* Ensure finished work is inspected to ensure reliability
* Ensure that safe work practices are followed and adhered to
Personal Requirements:

* Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
* Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
* To be committed to travelling to our Head Office in Cramlington, Northumberland when required
