What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in class and in small group settings
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Providing tailored support to pupils with additional learning needs
* Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils (school-based or youth work settings)
* A calm, patient and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in education
* A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through us
