Job Title: Client Services Manager - Live-in Care Location: Office is based in Shrewsbury but there is a requirement to travel across the West Midlands Contract: Full-Time Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience Ready to Lead Something That Matters? You’ll be the driving force behind our Live-in Care service - ensuring it delivers outstanding support for clients while also building it into a recognised service across Shrewsbury, Oswestry, and beyond. You don’t need to come from the care sector. We’ll give you the training and support on regulations, systems, and compliance. What we can’t teach is personality, drive, and the ability to build relationships. That’s where you come in. Have confidence in presenting, influencing, and guiding decisions. Enjoy balancing compassion with commercial awareness - supporting families while also hitting growth goals. Can juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Are proactive, professional, and self-motivated. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
