Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic outdoor environment? We are seeking a dedicated Outdoor SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our partner school in Crediton.
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
* Hours: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
* Pay: £90.00 - £100 per day (based on experience)

About our Partner School:
Teaching Personnel’s partner school in Crediton provides an outdoor, nature-based education for students with SEMH needs. The school emphasizes hands-on learning, fostering resilience, confidence, and personal growth, supporting students' emotional well-being and independence.
Responsibilities:
* Support a child with SEN during outdoor activities and learning sessions.
* Assist in planning and adapting activities to meet individual needs.
* Build positive relationships with the child, family, and team.
* Monitor and record progress, communicating with stakeholders.
* Ensure safety and well-being during outdoor activities.
What We're Looking for:
* Experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential.
* Understanding of different learning needs and ability to adapt support.
* Strong communication skills and teamwork.
* Passion for outdoor education and inclusion.
* Qualifications or willingness to train.
