What you’ll be doing As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and maximising profitability through the sale of finance, insurance and add-on products. Key responsibilities include: Building and presenting tailored finance packages to customers Ensuring full compliance with FCA and insurance regulations Supporting the sales team through the ActiveSales process Driving performance against departmental targets Maximising sales of finance, warranty, GAP, paint protection and insurance products Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the purchase journey Supporting both new and used vehicle sales What we’re looking for To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Business Manager / Transaction Manager / Sales Manager within automotive (preferred) Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and compliance Proven ability to influence, negotiate and close deals Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, target-driven attitude with the ability to perform under pressure A full UK driving licence Why join Vertu Motors?
