Responsibilities
* Installing, configuring, and commissioning labelling systems at customer sites across the UK.
* Conducting advanced diagnostic fault-finding and carrying out effective on-site repairs.
* Performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
* Delivering comprehensive hands-on training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
* Preparing clear and detailed service reports with recommendations.
* Collaborating with the internal team on spare parts and warranty processes.
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality, health, and safety standards.
Salary Package

Essential Experience & Skills
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a field service, product support, or technical maintenance role.
* A strong bias toward either mechanical or electrical engineering, with a solid basic understanding of both disciplines.
* Proven experience in fault-finding on machinery; ideally within packaging, automation, labelling, or a similar industrial sector.
* A relevant engineering qualification (e.g., HNC/HND, Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
