The role… We're seeking a passionate, driven, and professional Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations. You'll bring strong leadership skills, exceptional food and beverage knowledge, and a proven ability to inspire and develop a team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on service excellence
* Training and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
* Managing budgets and achieving targets to drive revenue growth
* Elevating standards and taking the business to the next level
* Able to identify different revenue streams to maximise sales
A successful track record in a high-quality boutique luxury lifestyle hotel, with restaurant and bar experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience. We regularly welcome high-profile guests therefore a high level of integrity and professionalism is a must
