Skills & Experience Required: * Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive sector. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with customers. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Familiarity with automotive service processes and related software is preferred. * A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service and building lasting relationships.
